Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Company woner is good, For Job purpose some Oldest Workers are not support you . They Have all Experience person but there Education poor, behaviour poor Quality.. They would not Respect you.. Otherwise Payment Timely provided last date of payment should be 7 of month.

In some groups may be one man show though it is leading like a family company. The need to implement system and procedures but there will be some vialation by them as well. But we can prove our indivituality.
