Not a good management for welfare or development of employees Not a proper system or culture that provides satisfaction in work Safety wise: based on clients decision. It's A perspective one. In my opinion, not that strong towards safety.

Nothing to like . Work as casual labour on dihadi. Never serve notice period. Quite when salary credit. Kundan jha, ramu both are pathetic person.

Every month salary will be deducted without any reason. No bonus, too many deduction in F&F settlement so do not serve notice period. Work depends on client. So basically you work as labour. Management will not receive your call even in emergency.

...olicy of our company, what facilities will we provide after joining the company. Salary is not increased on time, dress, shoes are not given on time and good quality, many things are hidden, after joining the company, it becomes a compulsion for the employee to work in this company.
