Salary and expenses on time. Training is very good.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. Target given is very unrealistic! Service is not upto the mark. No job security! Too much pressure on Non seasonal months. Will get BP & Diabetes due to this stressful job.

Salary and Allowances are getting time to time

Dislikes

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Plz do not join this company,They will hire u bcoz of salary and after 1 or 2 month they ask to leave the organisation giving reason cost savings.they don't care about employees .For more experience don't think to join other wise u will get this experience.worst experience till ever they are not supporting and helping .Too much politics.

The only good thing about LEAD is Salary which is good but from the recruitment happening from AY 23-24, company has reduced the package.

Dislikes

No work life balance and work culture. No logics from management on what need to be done by the ground team. Immediate managers just listen to what organisation says fearing for their job and hence entire organisation works the hitler way. Highly extensive travel considering employee lay off and running with very minimal number of employees which results in service issue in schools. LEAD management is only bothered about making revenue and not about providing service to schools.
