Salary and Allowances are getting time to time

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Likes

Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Dislikes

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people. Company is process oriented and believes that people does not make any difference so in out not concern for company.

Work culture and life balance is pathetic. Internal politics are too high. Strategies and actions have huge gap and information about company decisions will be unknown to down levels. Unethical processes and lack of clarity in business operations.

Working culture, all the senior authority are not from same field so they do not understand how to work in school education industry, they running company as insurance and credit card sector.

Nothing expect salary and expenses on time if approved by manager.

No one is following mission and vision of company and higher management is not doing RCA and blindly trusting RH due to which company is loosing credibility in Market.higher and fire will not work for a long time. Management should stop playing with career of individual. If anyone is planning to join Lead school than think before joining MP team as here only three people are running business by thr terms and conditions and anytime they can ask you to put your papers and no proper KRA of job means you need to work like a TSE.
