For me the company was great,I was recruited by them during the COVID period ,but due to flight ban and all there was a delay in travel but they arranged the immediately available flight after getting 2-3 days limited window by the government.Even though we were less number of Indians they arranged an Indian cook for us ,the management was very much supportive when I had a personal issue.

1. The salary fixation must improve,the allocated salary for remote oil field jobs are very very low. 2. Rotation leave is 15 days every 6 months which is very short and I personally was not getting any time to spend with family since travelling itself took 3-4 days.
