...Company is good platform for the freshers but the overall career growth is slow. They usually hire and provide resources quoting less prices which ended up to low salary packages in the market. It is operational and functional as a MNC but nothing like that I have been experienced so far. Rest these day the company has a good excuse of Covid 19 for not paying full or timely salaries to their employees. Since its been more than 4 years working in the company, I would like to conclude that earlier two years experience with company was good but after that the company has nothing more to add any benefits to my Career/Financial growth.

1) Salary is paid by 5th of the month. 2) Medical insurance benefits are good.

...O .Bonus amount is credited every year as festive bonus and performance as well.salary credits on time , increment is there every year .

Salary structure and increment is not competitive as per other organisation and promotion is also not upto the mark .

It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

Dislikes

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.

Likes

Salary is on time, appraisal and bonus every year, work life balance is also very satisfactory.

Dislikes

There is no job security in the company, if client release you from the project company will also terminates you on the same day.
