Worst company ever, no work only politics. wait....are you expecting salary, then be a beggar in front of management otherwise forgot your salary. 3-6 months delay in salary. Even in COVID-19 Lockdown, they didn't cleared Dec-Jan salary in June.

Worst Company, management and people I have worked with in my 10 yrs experience.

Dislikes

Only politics going on that too from management level. No work happens there, management plays with employeed for their own interest. Pathetic management.

It was fantastic.. I learnt many more things during the work on SSG.. Mr. Harjeet Sahni(CEO) Thanks a lot for giving me that opportunity. I join again SSG after completing my M.Tech.. And I assured u one day SSG on top possition over all construction companies.

Dislikes

Some Employees in SSG are on careless and selfish. They don't work properly in favour of SSG thats why Completion of project to be delayed. Its a request to all employees of ssg pls do work properly..

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
