The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, i loved the days i worked and am a part of team that market reliable and has global clients. and working culture is excellent and management is supportive and very good policies.

The policies of the company are excellent but application on group, not that satisfactory. Top Management is excellent...and work culture is very up-to-date but job insecurity always persisting. But overall LPTI is great place to work.

...'s best to engage it's employees through mails / online activities and learning. Though not full but they are still paying Salary to staff on role.

Growing opportunities was very less .. Chennai branch is mainly caste based. U get opportunities only if you say yes to everything what the branch manager says(Example: If he says crows are white we have to say yes). Appraisal was bad last year. And to much politics.

The working culture and the style of working as well as the Standard Operating System was really amazing as the company have documented SOP due to the compliance of ISO standards.

Dislikes

Due to some bad financial decisions by the top level management, the company's financial management become bad and also due to negative effect of Covid 19, the management simply decided to remove the lowest level workers in order to save their job as being very old, egoistic and inflexible they know nobody will give them work at this point of their life.
