...t team nothing will be happen, overall training is not good but job security is well,career growth is mid level, salary and appraisal just eye wash, nothing in travel, government political people failed when see our politics, learning and work environment is too good.

I love le meridian any one is working employees free mind to work townhall meeting and cafeteria day its nice to take of staff sop is very important to the hotel

... busy time. No benefit they are given form my starting career. No career Growth. Hr always detected your salary with reason. They never ever follow Ethics. All management was psycho. All money minded people. Please don't Go there and don't spoil your Career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst place I had ever work.So old thinking people,plays politics,no career growth,no salary structure,poor formality hospitality & re heated unhygienic food service. Don't want to visit again.

Not a single thing I thing most of the staff likes about Le Meridien. Poor selfish Management, who only works Money for them selves not for the staff nor for the owner.
