Work life balance- would like to give 0.5 out of 5 Promotions- 0/5, kindly forget about that after joining Job Security- 0/5, At any moment , you'll be asked to get out from that company otherwise company owner will frighten you to file a case as he already did this before with a lot of employees Skill Development- negative/5, eventually after joining you'll be starting to degrade your skills for guaranteed Work Satisfaction- 2/5, you can feel that you're doing your best but owner will order you everyday to stay till 3-4 hours after job finished Company Culture- Negative/5, nothing is good

They are very rude to the employs , even they are not understands what the client requirement and enroll the projects. after they are creating to the employee do more work after the shifting times
