Poor site managers they are totally like new Learner in company Hr policy you have leave but due to your site managers they cut your salary No proper programe to identify employees capacity No skill devlopment programe In water division they do very unsafe work

If you want to leave any other company and come to LCC, then choose this option carefully because this company can fire you at any time without any reason and also this company does not respect the workers, only those who The bus takes care of the seniors, lives in the worst of the living and food in the dam project, there is a lot of water facility now, there is no job security.
