they hire employee from consultant firm only and you have to give 10000 to the consultancy for job and upter 6 or 7 month they try to kick out from the company and get some new trainee for that 10000 money again

LB Engineering is the place where electrical engineering graduate can achieve what they aspire in their final year. It ia the core sector working with major companies for testing, commissioning, maintenance and operation.

Dislikes

After work environment at sites are very difficult. You have to pamper your senior now and then every moment to keep your image clean. So that they can refer your name for the appraisal. At site if you are junior then forget your personal life, you have to become slave of your seniors.

At present many talent and skilled person leave this company.At this position l b engineering have one operation & maintenance job. Lack of confidence person.
