Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Environment of this fabric is so good than others.

Dislikes

The rule of this company is totally different for their workers. Rules are different for each staff and worker. They create their own rules in this factory saying it is legal and govt authorised so you have to follow. If you are working as a designer or manager then after 5-8 years you will be working on the same designation, your designation will never change.
