...ter just for internship and nothing else. Can't establish a career in this firm. Not much of a work life balance and the pay is pathetic. Very low value for emloyees as the management is narrow minded and self centered.

Dislikes

Not a great firm to work with as to build a career. The pay is pathetic and most of the time everybody stretches a lot. Sometimes we need to work on Sundays with no sureity with respect to compensatory off. The management is rather rude and old mindset of partners do not add much value to any professional. It's better only for internship.

Likes

I loved the work culture there and friendly managers with lot of work to be done in a particular stream leading to having great expertise in that field.

Dislikes

Getting exposure only in a particular field rather than all the streams is a hindrance in this firm. Less stipend is another disadvantage. Preference to a single department by top level management is another issue which should be given top priority. Late working hours without extra compensation or recognition is another challenge to be addressed.

For my college project. I done my internship only 2 month and that time I learn so many things. HR and company's employee all are supportive,and having help full nature.

In 2month their is nothing dislike about company.

The working environment is good, I am appreciating to the management that they have balanced the work and employees and they have given the freedom to the employees to do the work in good environment condition.
