The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

They are not professional they work as a grocery shop. There is no scope for employee. They are doing the business since 1990 but still not yet grow and they can not also because they don't have clear vision for success. I suggest to all who want to apply job there please do not apply better you work in pan shop. May be you can grow in pan shop but in Laxmi pipe you can not develope your self. You will start from zero and when you will quit your job you will be the same zero. They do not have good reputation in market as well. Despite of having very old organization still market does not know them that is the reason I suggest do not apply there for job.
