Slow moving Co. Salary on time, Job is secure if you don't want increment.

No proper and any Co culture. Co is still working on one man decision basis.. Single owned like Co. Employee, Project Manager, HR, Admin etc not having any power to take financial decision

Management review is very very poor. The company should dare to do the projects of roads without any intermediate person. The intermediate persons through which company do the project by giving commission to them is very disappointment. one day company will must realize.
