The work is technically challenging; It is a fast paced environment.

Dislikes

Can not trust top management. They take too much time to hire, like 3-4 months, with several levels of interviews. But, they take no time to fire employees, no stability of employement. Employee respect is low and not being treated well.

Likes

Nothing, not even a single like.. Worst means worst.. Never join them and feel regret.

Dislikes

Alot to say. Starting from HR to ops manager, the way they deal with people is worst. The product is good, however they don't have ethical values towards work and humans. They work on their feasibility and expect us to work like them. I don't people in this company how they became managers dumbs I would say. Hell lot of politics, favoritism, criticism, lack of knowledge, no leadership qualities. Zero people management skills. Horrible experience I have faced, never ever join them, as a mid level experienced I'm sharing never join them. HR to. Ops they are failures. No proper timing they will maintain, working everytime no proper schedule or time lines.

There was nothing to like about Lavu.

Dislikes

Here the only things that work is nepotism, favoritism and terrible politics. The top management will never recognize your work. Top management especially VPs and CEO for their wrong doings / decision that led to huge lose, will use mid senior and mid level employee as escape goat and terminate them without any explanation. The current VPs and Directors are there to eat up others colleagues or team members job to safeguard their positions.

I like everything about working at Lavu Technologies Pvt Ltd. It's a great environment with supportive colleagues, ample learning opportunities and positive work culture.

Likes

Flexibility of shifts, exponential growth. No on-site opportunities but off shore a lot to learn. On shore team doesn't do knowledge transfer due to fear of firing. Offshore team tries to get each and every piece of pie from the on shore management. Team leader is a cool guy, helps a lot. No work pressure. No targets and no incentives as well. However, the team leader and the general manager are more supportive towards learning the process and move upwards. All In all a good experience and growth.
