. No quality work and without work life balance. . Random work assignment. It can be anything from managing records to any area. . Worst food Canteen . Worst HR policies, HR are themselves master of thr company. Even multiple reminders cant awake them from their sleep. . SW team is worst without any experience. Good Engineers already left the company.

More challenging is that like to have a platform where I could share my ideas and offer up ways to improve technology, communication etc

Salary is good. but they take alot of work. but for educated person salary might seem less. As those have invested alot of money for their educations.

Dislikes

Calls all day and night. no proper timing for meetings . they will send sudden link while we would be in market and they will say to join. i never enjoyed sunday. its a bit tough but working for getting experiece. Company dont focus on competative products and they ask to sell their product which wont get sold at all.
