...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good opportunity given the lava in the 2016 to till now & supporting teammates, excellent training given the all senior engineer for the help of career growth for me

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is high .

my teammates is very very good with behaviour and my training was so excellent my trainer was very intelligent he tells us about mobile technology there is very good work environment and there is lots of positive thinking about work and there is so much growth at Lava International Limited and management wants good work and life balance for that management makes tours for happiness. They gives us training between 15 days for latest technology

2 problems at Lava one of that is very low salary of ground level employees and very high salary of upper level employees low level salary makes confidence low of employees and they don't want to take responsibilities of his work because if you will take responsibility there will be lots of tension and stress of mind for an QC engineer you are giving only 7 to 8 thousand rupees and the target is very high the target of and QC engineer to check sim and memory card is 9 to 10 in 1 minute if he could not complete his target he will bypass the handsets because he don't want to show him a poor performer of the organisation but Simi is most most most important for handsets if there will be the problem of network in any handset and it will be sold by anyone what will he think about any organisation of that he sold product there will be the unsatisfaction about product and future of organisation will be very very few days second think you should promote better performer but you are promoting poor performer buy this thinking the equation of organisation makes a different thing everyone wants to give low productivity everyone will think about no work you can think what will be of that organisation that's why I want to quit the job from Lava International Limited because I wants to work in an organisation where there should be respect of better employee

More challenging is that like to have a platform where I could share my ideas and offer up ways to improve technology, communication etc

The company is open innovation on when time. This company readily adopts latest technology. I love it because i was a part of this company. This company product very good and reliable. This company keept carefully of this employees and give best facilities. So there work is reliable. And secure life style.

...leave behind my personal reasons. Because then my family need of my live close. And 2nd low salary according far my state and delhi is very coastliness city . I told you there my payment is 13500/-only with (PF, ESI, FUND) and in hand 8500/-only. .
