Salary is good. but they take alot of work. but for educated person salary might seem less. As those have invested alot of money for their educations.

Dislikes

Calls all day and night. no proper timing for meetings . they will send sudden link while we would be in market and they will say to join. i never enjoyed sunday. its a bit tough but working for getting experiece. Company dont focus on competative products and they ask to sell their product which wont get sold at all.

They give salary on time. Nothing else is good here.

Dislikes

HR buys the awards for the company. There is no work-life balance at all, your manager can call at 1AM in the night and VC is normal thing here at 8AM. They do not care about the life of sale team here, in channel sale they force you to meet minimum 20 people on daily basis and you can not skip your market visits even a single in this pandemic. Now you can judge how they work or treat their people.

Old lava policy and working procedures was really good.

Those who are old employees in the organization if they get promotion they won't get package as per designation only they get more responsibility. And company had change policy to make problem and irrigation to each member of they organization and channel partners. Any time can company change it policy. Now a days company had sold out all its valuable policy .There is no job security now a days in Lava.

Lava is very good company.All lava family is good person as like CC, ARO, DBR, DM. Salary is good overall experience

Lava company is provide training on video call. I think provide all CC face to face should be training.
