There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management provides esops and give respect only to AGM above only.Even security questions employees bench level scientists arrogantly and no need to talk about HR department and they behave like goons
