Nothing I liked in laurus bio @Tumkur (R2) plant.

Dislikes

Very poor facility There is no proper HR polices. There is no GLP and GDP and compliance There in Equality in the team. Mangers are doing Partiallity especialluy in QC department. There is no gender Equality. Poor HR interaction with the employees I seen worst manger n facility in my career. They are deviating the Hr polices, while joining they vl tell 5 working days n finally working for 6 days.

They provide free transportation with good condition bus facility. Free Best quality and hygiene breakfast and lunch. Wednesday free snacks. They provide more priority to women and that is best practices for every organization.
