Dislikes

The staff work hand in hand with parents and the school board as a formidable team. Laureate schools conduct staff developing meetings once weekly aimed at developing and equipping teachers with new teaching skills. teachers' salaries are based on experience, size of school and qualifications of teachers. The work and learning environment is very concusive for both teachers and students. The school organises school trips for students, non-teaching and teaching staff annually which makes working for Laureate exciting and interesting. Laureate staff are granted leave as need arises to attend to personal issues. The schools balance academic and out-door activities which makes learning interesting.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
