We need to work from home hence timings are flexible but unrealistic deadlines will be given which is a terrible part. The most annoying part is working over nights with out any sleep. And also the conference calls during odd timings. No time can be spent with family. But.... This experience will help you a lot to develop as an individual.

Dislikes

Unrealistic deadlines, odd time conferences, internal politics, favouritism, half salaries for no reason etc....
