...There's no high work pressure. Colleagues, team leads and managers are friendly. Will receive salary on time. Will receive a very good hike compared to any other companies.

There's no Job security. Can't find a good career growth. No recognition for a good talent. Will have some politics in office.

The only good thing is to work with good teammates.

This is the worst place to work. All the upper management are full of egos. They do not do any work and mostly act like watchman, checking who is coming to office. There is no proper management, they do not care about the employees. The management has been here for ages, and this is a hire-and-fire ecosystem. You will be called to the office one day and then ask to submit the laptop and then will tell you to leave. There are around 20 employee who has been fired this way.

no job security no cabs no cafeteria no IJP options . management is not helpful. submitting tax documents is manually done and it is a big task. they will give you award for performance and next month put you in PIP for no reason. if you say something they ask you to look for another job

They have lot of career coach platforms and constant follow ups by the leadership team to upskill. Team building activities take place regularly. Diwali event organized by the team was really awesome

Everything here is very worst and employees sit just beside washroom like, literally. Your colleagues can count or notice how many times or much time you spent in there. Even female employees . Good luck!
