The worst thing is Compensation compared to the amount of work you bring to the table. Below par industry standard. Also the appraisals and promotions are not promising and complex. Most of the time you will end up working on technolgies that you don't want to work with. They have projects in and around Dashboards most of the time.

...tical company as the whole project revolves around using excel and powerpoint 5. Below Average compensation 6. No opportunity to grow unless you keep marketing yourself. There is no appreciation of the work you do by default.

1. You get your pay cheque on time 😁 2. Monarchy rule inside the company is awesome 3. You can get trained to become a full time politician

Nothing to be honest. You will start to dislike yourself after a while in the company !
