The worst thing is Compensation compared to the amount of work you bring to the table. Below par industry standard. Also the appraisals and promotions are not promising and complex. Most of the time you will end up working on technolgies that you don't want to work with. They have projects in and around Dashboards most of the time.

...tical company as the whole project revolves around using excel and powerpoint 5. Below Average compensation 6. No opportunity to grow unless you keep marketing yourself. There is no appreciation of the work you do by default.

The immense learning opportunities .The company spares no efforts when coming to training it's employees .Talk about any tool the company is ready to provide it

The only drawback is the compensation . It is a bit below the industry standards

Excellent platform for freshers in the analytics domain. You will get an opportunity to work with almost most of the Fortune companies under one roof.

Compensation for Seniors could have been better. Try to retain your high skilled employees as much as possible. Attrition rate is quite high.

Nothing to be honest. You will start to dislike yourself after a while in the company !
