Only one positive point for working with this organisation is Salary comes in time. No H. R policy, no P. F, nothing else beyond then this. Verbal post increment done here. When you will leave the company you can able to show the position what ever written in the appoint letter. No salary slip also generated in this company.

No working culture, partiality, lobby, no organisational rule, only one person can take decision of all issues. Rest employees are blind follower of him. If you are deviating from his decision you will be torchoured in various way. Finally you have to quit the job.

...ything they told me to join their organization with 3rd party off role Payout. When I asked them about salary and payroll, they confirmed that I will be in direct payroll and they will provide me which I asked for. After 2 days of finalizing everything they called me for salary negotiation. When I disagreed, they said okay. Again after 2 days they called me and asked me to join on 3rd party payroll. So I rejected their offer.

Salary not in time and the office culture is too bad. If you coming office just 2-5 minutes late , Hr cut your leave balance but HR coming office in 1 to 2 hours hour late . There are no rules for him, his leave balace always safe for him.
