Very crazy owner and Manager... Always shouting to employees.. And always focus on sale and collection... She has no ability to run the company. Manager has no marketing knowledge.. Just make a fool to company.. I request to all... Please dont join this kind of company..

its an average segment company. although old company about 40 years, but growth rate is very slow. growth is lacking or very slow because of strategies made in such a way as believing it better to save than expansion.

The company is open to a big number of formulations so get a good experience in wide no of products. The working environment is cordial.

Very less time for personnel life. Work pressure is very high. Slow growth in position as well as remunerations. Have to travel long distance from home to working place.

Its good for freshers to start up but truly speaking you cant learn new things only want to complete there work any how . They lack behind in tecnology . They were using old machines .

The only thing which make the company dull is that they dont have a management team to control things . There is no particular system for any sort of work . Only what matters to the managers is to complete there work any how .

System set up for more productivity,spare part management,Manpower control,cost control,5S,TQM,GMP and suitable skill evaluation of salary.

Don't fix a Benchmark for suitable candidates to get more out pur and don't void to take new person from good organisation with good salaries.
