Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I like the management , production manager Mr pravakar reddy and all of my staff's of Lantech Pharmaceutical Ltd . I am Working in a peaceful environment , mutual understanding , production oriented , proper PPE , GMP classes , well communication with utility members

Actually I am not dislike the company , since it is a small size company and totally manually to do the work therefore I want improve my knowledge and skill in order to join in a better company i'e for getting an advance technology .....
