Irresponsible and Lazy seniors gives you lot of opportunity to learn as you will be often thrown in to un-charted waters. If you succeed, credit goes to management. If you fail, you will be all lone. Always inspires you to give your best in this manner, but do not expect any recognition.

Dislikes

1. Frequent changing of strategies at the leadership levels which leads to confusion among the lower level. Lacks proper communication to convey the same. 2. First agency to say to designers "spend less time on design and concepts. Your work is too high standard for the client." 3. Quantifying the campaign cracking time and documenting all 9 hours in PM tools. If you are leaving late, you need to enter the reason for leaving late in a hardbound register. 4. 18 days of paid leave with 1.5 days credited every month - You are questioned on this too if you take a week leave in a gap of 3-4 months after accumulating the leave for required days 5. No growth and very high attrition levels. Leaders speak more and do less
