0% job security, deduct whole salary of January month even being a top performer at crucial time , i over achieved in so many months when others where not even completed there targets . Instead of giving promotions Just for personal grudges higher management deduct my salary.

I was working at Jeep, Gurugram. Working there was like this—all the main people, including the GM, TL, and HR, were trying to pull you down. This is the first time I have seen an HR who does not want an employee to stay in the organization. I mean, why do these people waste time hiring a person if they want to fire them in two to three months? What did they see at the time of the interview? If they found a problem with the employee, were they blind at the time of the interview? All the GM, TL, and HR started talking to you in a rude manner and then told you to resign. This is what is going on in the organization. The higher management does not care because they are getting their lakhs in the account for free. If one normal junior gets fired for no reason, nothing will make a difference in their life. But the junior person is now unemployed and has to find a new job and manage his expenses on his own. And these people are enjoying their lakhs. Gm will ask you to go to service center which is 25km away from showroom and they will not provide you any fuel expenses. You have to go by your own. And why a sales person will go to service. They don't have answer for this. They just want to show management they are working by making a junior person run.

Owner ans director are very humbele and care about their employees. Middle management get the entire culture and work experience to the poor status.

Zero job security, not transparent at all when it comes to job.
