As a sales executive; High pressure,no work life balance,extremely terrible health or safety measures while working. Career growth is low and pnly favorite gets notified by management.

I got 2 months full salary during the lockdown periods too. They have insurance plans for their employees. Safet of the employees were in high concern so work days had been set with sufficient intervels. Safety requirements were fulfilled by the company

There is growth for the employees but it takes time.

I love company because lifestyle international Pvt is the indias Best company for all employees.there is lots of activities for the employees.and l think is it one of the company which is taking care of staff

I think growths is not happening and salary also a big concern as compare to currently government rules and regulations for workers.overall l am fully satisfied as the part of this company.l will try to achieve the company golas.l wants to work this organization long time.thank you to give me chance to share my opinion about organization.

... are close to manager they will get growth where your potential is not matter. And about the appraisal it means to zero only because you will get only 5% of hike in your salary and when you take a growth or promotion then also it is 5% so it's been not acceptable.

Before few years it going well but right now they change their policies and they dont care about employee anymore.
