Good exposure if you are car enthusiast! but if you are a mechie and who loves to work on machine this a place for you where you can at least learn some professional things systematically!!

No learning and the work environment is too toxic ! They treat a fresher very weird, Like they still are not open in front of me and thats very strange ! they should at-least know how to treat a fresher !!! 👎

Unprofessional environment. Bias behaviour towards low level staff. No proper performance monitoring tool. Unrealistic timing for reporting and leaving from work. Burdening with responsibility with out discussing monetory benefits. Cheating OEMs by showing fake bill of marketing activities and getting unethical support money from them. Lot of internal politics with senior management. The list can go on.

I worked for 3 years & 4 months At Mercedes-Benz Landmark cars that would I like about company.

There is lot of politics in the workplace, management is not looking to technicians career growth,no training provided.
