The training which was provided here was fantabulous .And here the work is done on a team basis.There is no work pressure at the office.The employees live here very happily and like a family

The one thing I dislike about LAPL Korba is its location ,It is too way for from my home and there is no direct connectivity of Either train or bus from my home

Lanco is equivalent NTPC in privet sector. Thanks the top management for the NTPC culture.

Dislikes

1. Unhealthy/dusty environment for site work. 2. No transportation facility for shift duty engineers who are not staying in township. 3. Selection of sub-standard contractors.

Likes

The company is very good in working culture, good in payscale. It is complete platform for enhancing knowledge and it is a centre of learning. Very good work- life balance.

Dislikes

This company could not develop a stable policy and system for longer duration, specially for Amarkantak site. Lot of improvement required regarding this. Rest of things are very good.

LAPL Korba is a very good power Plant. It is one of best Plant with China made equipments. Senior officer are very Good. But gates and fencing are yet to be completed.

Here working timing & job responsibility style is very good. Job is always felt as secured. Work management is systematic.

Dislikes

Here talent is not considered. A special team is always appreciated by the management. The administration of HO level & plant top management is like neglected state govt culture. A big gap between management & non-managements.
