A well reputed company with zero values. Gm is actually good but the executive committe and management staff is an utter failure who acts like street goons. If you are a favourite peeson of management you will be promoted without any degrees. No hardwork is appreciated only you are appreciated for gossips making and leg licking.

my experience with lana technologies nothing short to terrible.the management towards employees is extremely disrespectful ,treating staff as if they are disposable.the companies HR policies unprofessional and lack of transparency and salaries are consistently delayed without explanation.additionaly the equipments provide such as cctv,biometric is outdated and of poor quality clearly old stock that doesn’t meet modern standards.the company often hiding procedures and misleading customers,providing subpar support and service . if you value integrity,professionalism and respect in working place avoid lana technologies at all costs.
