No job security,any time lay off,no value of employees,salary cuts maximum in the industry, job culture is not supportive, policies are very strict

No feelings of homely atmosphere as it was 5 to 10 years ago

They pay you well. They give freshers a good opportunity.

Dislikes

Employees are treated like labours. No appreciation, no rewards, no fun. Office environment is very strict (even worst than a school). Employees not allowed to use lifts, talk to each other, use mobile phones, no fun at work and very dull work environment. Strict dress code policy, no fun events or any other employees engaging activities conducted by Lambda.

I have a great team and we work together with enthusiasm and innovative culture. This company give much more about salary and career benefits. This company more believe in its discipline and pure work. I am so much happy to work here.

Dislikes

Only one thing i do not like that is food of tiffin and we do not have snacks in the evening and due to that we have to suffer long time with hunger approximately 1-1.30 till 7 pm. That is some issue for me as i have a problem of gastritis. Rest all such a great company.

Ideal company for beginners...Good infrastructure. No delay in salary... exposure with multiple domains.

... Multinational CRO for name only. Managers don't consider individual suggestion. Salary hike is not as per industry standard. They don't believe in market correction. Hence, no salary difference between you and your 3 years Junior colleagues. Here, admin executive fellow has more power than any other GM or VP. Strict 30 minutes break for lunch only in cafeteria. Your are not allowed in cafeteria apart from lunch and dinner time. Birthday celebration is crime here as per HR policy. You can't even distribute sweet or chocolate on your birthday.
