...ob security is 100%, firing has not happened since i joined (2014) in Lam india. salary is average.

Lam research is not a software company, so all the technologies and applications used for SW development are outdated. No scope for learning. Career growth is there but very slow pace. This company is best to settle and retire.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies
