My time at Lalloji & Sons was very fixable and low workload I like.

Unregular salary, No Public Holidays leaves, and many other things makes uncomfortable of job ,Who are interesting in only work for them this job are best, but as a woman I don't like to my family miss me every festival and we all are need money so we are doing job but this co. are not giving salary regular about 15 or 17 dates go on .

There is no systematic culture! everyone thinks of himself as the owner! The owner's drivers consider themselves no less than the owner! No any dress code (Specially female employee) / no grooming standard/ no Tobacco policy/ Lot's of thing should be change Company policy must be applied for everyone without any fail!

Good work ennvirt and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent. Thare is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiing. Company police are good. We really so enjoyed😊

The team of lalooji and sons is very familiar with the staff and trainees. This is the best platform of event organiser and hotelier to work . I'm also working with LJS from past 4 year and the overall experience is excellent .

Every thing is very awesome in the organisation but sometimes the staff related problem occurs and it takes long time to be settle down.

It was great working experience in lallooji and sons as assistant sales manager for there on of biggest project.

There is not dislike about company if I will get Chance again to work with company in future i will happy to work .
