The firm is overall good. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable, produces quality services in the field of accounts,finance, audit. I get much opportunities there especially engaged in various audit assignments. The firm has a good client base.

Dislikes

compensation policy not good. Growth is slow. Chartered accountants and partners and staff do not value individual's unique strength. I do received appraisal messages from client but never received appraisal messages and emails from the organisation.

It's a mid sized firm and here all type of works are available. On daily basis we are interacting with partner provide us a good experience.Here i got a chance to independent handel the audit work from my 2nd year of articlship.

Dislikes

As it's working culture is very good but works are not doing here systematic basis.

Good for fresher and little bit struggling to exist as no one ready to teach you but expect everything.

Dislikes

Internal politics,no learning from sineor,very high expectations. But very good bus and his attitude.
