There is a lot of politics and the union of the workers forced to management ever. Salary is ok but career growth is too slow.

Lockdown m bhi employees ko ek paisa bhi nahi mila. No salary given from last 2 years Cmd and other directors are not interested to work for lps company and their employees

Lakshmi pericision screws Ltd is a world class company we export lots of products. The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.have high quality products and has a global client base.my colleagues come from various culturel background.its good,we work together friendly working environment.and lots of training session organised there.

Now a day company is not in good 1condition because of their owners. company had lots of orders but no raw material for running plant last six months salary panding of their employees. Company is really good but what's going on no one knows.

... auch a big company. LPS plant 2 was the good place to work in Rohtak city only. Salary and culture was goos initially.

... single command which was CMD. There was no control of boss on his subordinates. No control on salary hike or promotion. Each and similar level of employees were getting same increments and there was no system of performance appraisals.

Laxmi precesion screws group of industry is father industry of rohtak city, first time system launch in India launch in lps. Northern india best industry. Universal is also well growing. 🦅 love to work here.
