1. Internal politics is more 2. Salary package is very low 3. Career growth after 5 years is NIL 4. Machine tool division unit current (2018-till date) HR does not know why he's in that position. He creates trouble for employees rather than solving.

Good colleagues.

Dislikes

No yearly hike. Poor work life balance. No compensation at all even if you work on Sunday, or 2 shifts, Highly caste based company, Heavy politics, they don't know how to utilise young minds. Highly strict working hours.

Dislikes

Complete pack of internal politics. Most people won’t work since fixed salary for every batch. I.e., people do zero work and 99% put hard work, both get same hike and salary 😂😂😂
