Suervesors & managers parcialitys,employees problems no facing , Demotiveted for all emplees for own purpose of self cridites values, no one motivated for next stage ,salary brobelm no consider for supevesor and managers including hr team also.7years experienc but i have technician grade that was dislike .salary almost 20000rs only yhat is dislike.
