The company is open to innovation and rapidly grown by hard work and sustain market position as Monopoly, On time salary payment made to the employee since the company began, Decision always based on Funds availability, Employment process taken from Apprentice and promote them level by level resulting have strong base knowledge about the product of each portfolio and also helped each person contributing their performance in study manner through out the day.

Growth is slow due to Peoples Technically not reviewed and upgrade resulting slow people carrier growth . They strongly believe Seniors decision without reviewing second line, resulting loss of potential candidates.

And need to work only for one person in the company not for the betterment of company growth. And work life balance is very very very poor.
