Friendly staffs and high tech infrastructure. Entertainment and events. Learning something new from day by day.

Dislikes

Mandatory targets only fixed for the employees but company couldn't helps the employees to get more pay. Company receive a orginal documents from the employees, incase they want to quit thier jobs, company couldn't ready to return the documents to the employees.

work ambitious was good and company managing director is good and try to give more attention to the company. Also it will be fine with Md level. Rest of authority un wanted dealing with employee termination due to personal.

Dislikes

There is no standard SOP. Management policy with laksh. Need to improve with standards., unnecessary leadership will destroy the employee workforce and unity.not good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
