I had the most worst experience of my life in Lakewood. There nothing like team mates as people work in this company from 15-20 years with 0 growth prospects. There is no jon security or career growth in Laekwood under this Pathetic Management. The HOD of HR who's name is Ritu Malkani is the worst HR Head i have ever worked with. She has no work except back bithcing, Playing politics, keeping eye whole day on team members what they do and demotivating people. I being a senior HR officer was once given jon of doing admin work at security point of keeping eye on how much samosa is distributed to Supermarket employees. The CEO of this company Mr. Desai is even worst. Hr sets up is own rules and has no respect for his employees. Inside their supermarket there is always something or other happening like guys from out come inside and talk to CCE's. There was a case where i even say a guy who forcefully enetered into the premises and holded hand of a girl, pulled her in Auto and took her till signal. it was even filed in police station. People in this company are very unprofessional and don would never recommend this company to anyone and would request that it would be a night mare if you join there.

There nothing great to share about Lakewood. Its the worst management ever to wok with.

It was a great Company to work for. I grew up in my career in this company starting from a very junior position in Haiko & continued to work here because of the growth. The Company Directors are very inspiring & have created good senior management team. Hard work , performance & sincerity is always rewarded in this company. The work hours of many are stretched but nobody forced to work late. Some managers at the top & the Head of the Company are examples to learn from.

Dislikes

The senior person in our Haiko merchandising was good to mentor the eam till a certain level. But her skills are limited due to her background , her age & capabilities. Nepotism Was 2nd issue when only the favourites were recognised & acknowldgd. This was true in the Unjustified Growths of few Low performers in the merchandising team. More bothering, unprofessional Is the HR manager. Not only is this lady limited in her Hr role to build , motivate the team , but worst , she is often very demotivating to most employees causing insecurity to many workers. A very loose talker , back biting person for this important role. It is bad luck of Cimpany that the senior Most management has favoured her. The only option to grow fr few like me was to shift to new job.
