Nothing..... I worked in this company more than 2.5 years and still writing nothing because i have many reasons.

Dislikes

Very Bad working culture and environment, No appreciation, The human resource team is one of the most unethical and unprofessional department in the company. All HR team sits in Head office based in Mumbai who don't even know the "H" of the HR department. Their policies are even more perthitic then them. They do what ever they want and their policies keep on changing regularly as per their demand. The notice period is of 3 months even for the executive level. I will never ever recommend or encourage anyone to join this worst company. Such a looser brand in the market to work with from employee point of view. Mr. Ashwin Puri has no idea that how their HR team is destroying the working culture of the organization.

Lakeshore has nice work culture, friendly policies and initiatives from HR department.They allow employees to work freely, company give Importance to health, safety environment. I enjoyed working at Airia Mall Lakeshore India.

Having worked there for eight long years, I had a family feeling and always felt myself comfortable at work. Never felt kind of negative energy which is usually present in any hospital premises.

Dislikes

The only demerit I observed about the institution is that it is more of person-centric than operated in a systematic manner. This type of structure is beneficial only for smaller organizations. What I learned was, the group as a whole has an efficient system in place which it is trying to radiate to the sub units.
