Here they can discontinue you within 15 days also if they find your BGV somehow Red and the reason may be mismatch of your DOJ or Exit which is not in your hand if your last employment turns out to be bad for you. Until and unless any criminal or legal proceedings is not there to be found you shouldn't be removed from the system which they did to me. So whoever will join this organization please don't join until and unless your full Background Verification reports come because they can remove you for a very petty reason and can play with your emotions. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Good work-life balance. Has a vibrant environment. Lot of good initiatives by HR for positive internal environment. Has lot of oppurtunity to learn.

Work distribution is too uneven, and internal environment makes situation even harder.

Labvanta Solutions is a Perfect company for juniors and seniors also. The work culture is special so good , and salary bonus and holiday count is too much sufficient.

Work life balance is some how not good, but who know to maintain they can easily servieb.

Politics is happen in this company. Trainer is not so good I can say so so Worst. Specially prefers Bengali guys and out side people Bengali people behavior is not good. I can say also this company is only for Bengali peoples.

They will give us 4 to 5 projects even we have 1 year of experience, the product is also not able to understand that they are using old technology, there is no career growth in this organization, and there is lot of politics, religion feeling.
