No support at all, No salary plus contract has been cancelled, means no job, being a certified trainer.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, work is done by sumone n credit is taken by sumone else. Many of the certified trainers left as soon as they got certified for higher salary from different organisations, but i stayed with the company even i was offered higher salary,i suuported them in their hard times, but in my hard time during this pandemic company is not supporting.

Job is not secure here the company is delaying your salary upto over 1 month .. management is getting worse day by day .. I lost my job due to covid-19 and company didn't support me over a penny..

Management is not good you have to work over pan India but at the time they didn't disclose this ...

I don't like the training quality which they provide and there is no salary hike. They usually transfer you from Here and there without any reason.
