The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 haurs straight in a day.

I work labana developers as a site supervisor post.I am fresher for all this.training not proper i mostly work collection of maintenance and electricity bill mostly home are pending.I contact all and make a relation with.Job security in labana is very low.I serve honestly but Labana staff not considered me.
